Pre Installation
We take pride in being prepared when starting a new project. We feel that planning is the key in each successful project completion. In order for us to achieve this goal time and time again, we must complete the following task:Ask the right questions
• Work with the account manager, clinicians and hospital staff to get a clear understanding of what the project will entail
• Attend pre installation meetings
• Complete a walk-through of the site
• Consult with architects and other contractors involved in the project
• Provide information for televisions and overhead lighting
• Create a thorough scope of work
Installation
International Controls Systems, Inc. has the hospital installation experience to work with all parties involved in an installation: architects, electrical engineers, equipment planners, general contractors, on-site electrical contractors, clinical engineering, information systems, bio-med and clinicians. Our installation teams consist of courteous, flexible and professional individuals, who are comfortable working in a sensitive patient environment, therefore, reducing additional anxiety to the clinicians. Our team has the experience to offer additional services to expedite any installation.
• Inventory equipment
• System certification
• Installation of conduit and back boxes
• When necessary, provide infection control procedures (HEPA vacuums and tents)
• Assist in room by room certification to reduce Network Engineer trips
• Submit AutoCAD final as-built drawings to the hospital and Hill-Rom per FDA requirements
• Provide storage of Hill-Rom equipment for staged deliveries
