After a hospital installation is complete, International Controls Systems, Inc. will provide and meet the in-servicing needs of the hospital. We work with the nurse managers to ensure all of the staff members are fully trained and aware of how the system functions.

We have Hill-Rom trained staff that can provide around the clock in-servicing to ensure all working shifts are trained not only on the nurse call system but, all Hill-Rom beds as well.

Upon completion of the in-servicing we provide the Hill-Rom Representative with an In-service Overview which includes: a summary, sales leads, a copy of the attendance sheet signed by the staff members, and any issues or changes that may need to be performed by the Hill-Rom Field Project Managers.
